The organic kapok pillow

The kapok pillow is filled with 100% kapok fibre. Kapok is a completely natural and organic material, grown and harvested without pesticides or other chemicals. It is an incredibly lightweight material containing up to 80% air, which makes it eight times lighter than cotton. Kapok does not absorb moisture, but its airy structure helps move moisture away from the body if your child gets too warm during the night. This helps keep your child comfortable and dry throughout the night. Another benefit of kapok is that its fibres have a naturally bitter quality, making them unattractive to dust mites and other insects.

The merino wool pillow

The Cocoon Merino Wool pillow is made from 100% organic wool from European sheep. The wool is GOTS-certified, which means it is produced with consideration for both the climate and the environment. Merino wool is treated very gently and carefully carded to preserve its long fibres and soft quality. Wool is temperature-regulating, helping to maintain your child's comfortable temperature throughout the night.
